The site adopts CNTE's NIMBUS energy storage solution, which is integrated with a flexible configuration of 100kW/206kWh liquid-cooled energy storage cabinets and 630kW/824kWh liquid-cooled energy storage containers. This setup meets the charging needs of nearby electric vehicles, capable of simultaneously providing charging services for up to 30 electric vehicles.

The solution uses a DC bus architecture design, reducing the AC-DC conversion steps and enhancing system efficiency. It also features dynamic energy scheduling, where photovoltaic power prioritizes charging the charging piles, and any excess electricity is stored in the energy storage system. When photovoltaic output is insufficient or the grid is under peak load, the energy storage system can quickly respond to energy demands, ensuring the stable operation of the charging station and reducing the pressure on the grid.

Clean Energy, Efficient Utilization

The station is connected to a 50kW photovoltaic system, which is deeply integrated with the NIMBUS solution. The Guyuan region receives over 2800 hours of sunlight annually, with daily average photovoltaic power generation reaching 200-250kWh. This results in an annual reduction of about 180 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, equivalent to saving 60 tons of standard coal. Through the synergy of photovoltaic and energy storage, the system significantly improves the utilization of clean energy and reduces the carbon intensity of the station's operations.

The NIMBUS solution innovatively integrates battery detection functions, providing car owners with comprehensive battery health management services. During charging, the system monitors key parameters such as battery voltage, temperature, and capacity in real-time, identifying potential issues early to prevent safety risks. At the same time, through scientific management, the system extends the battery's lifespan, thereby reducing operating costs. This technology not only enhances the intelligence level of the charging station but also provides strong support for the widespread adoption of electric vehicles.
